#2023 - April Updates
Care Spaces are forming, coordination is streamlining, our network is growing and at the next Happy Hour we will discuss the meaning of life with human-AI and hyper-performance.
Join us for Happy Hour #5 — Human AI x Purposeful Hyper-performance
We've been talking a lot about having meaning and purpose in life. How has your view of a meaningful life changed with the availability of new tools at your fingertips? At the next community gathering, we’ll have Prof. Agnis Stibe discuss this key question on the purpose of life. Stibe is an engaging stories speaker. His research is very relevant to everyday life and his stories are interesting. Hope you can make it! :)
Get a Care Space for your community!
We’ve started running our first trial of an in-community Care Space with Kernel Community — an open, peer-to-peer, lifelong network to learn, question, play and discover web3. Thank you for entrusting us to ignite care!
Requests and discussion for three other communities underway! 🤞🤞
Care Spaces are intentional areas of time, set aside to check in on your community’s health and well-being. As the name suggests, being in a care space is about practicing acts of care. It can be listening, being kind, showing gratitude, or motivating one another to cultivate healthier habits. Unfortunately, such simple and small acts of care are often overshadowed by never ending ‘busy-ness’.
We help communities start Care Spaces. To experience it first, join the next Ritual in our HEA Care Space.

MasterMind “Odyssea” Program by Tania Kodliuk
Our accountability group is going strong. Call it collective power, coincidence or luck, we are only into the 3rd week and all of us have achieved some parts of our goals. I believe we are a powerful bunch. Despite some personal down moments, we are amazed by our own commitment to show up for one another. Collective energy manifestation for realz 😉.
I was unsure what I hoped to get out of the program. But I was ready to do something about it because I am tired of not having a more intentional direction in life. The valued-based goal setting workshop before the sessions got me started to think a little deeper. Even though I ended up changing my goals twice, I feel better because I became more conscious about life. — Jan
If you feel like your organisation or community is lacking focus or needs a little kicker to drive momentum, this program might just be what you need. If you’re ready to make change, hit the button below to set-up a Care Space.
If you’re not part of any community or organisation but want to participate, let us know anyway.
Train your monkey mind with Finding Stillness Meditation
Ee Peng will be back for another walking and sitting meditation session on Sunday, 21 May. For the last series, we had people join us from London, Rome, Kenya and Singapore. It was interesting to hear and see how others were finding stillness in their own unique settings. Despite being in a different place from everyone, I became more conscious about the details of my environment — knowing that we are all connected in one way or another.
Here’s what another attendee had to say for a glimpse of the experience.
“I get distracted easily but Ee Peng was able to guide my experience with a tone that is gentle and enthralling.” — Daniela

Update on network re-coordination
We’ve moved work-related communications to Discourse for task-focused tracking and documentation. If you’re a Healer and missed the invite, please let Shan know through either one of our two main community social channels — Discord and Telegram.
And last but not least… shouting about a surprise feature :D
We were featured on New_Public — a community of thinkers, designers and technologists imagining and building the digital public spaces of the future 🎉 !
Thank you for reading.
